| Site Supervisor Requirements: • Qualified to a minimum of third group for electro security for Electrical Installation • should be qualified in an Electrical Engineering discipline with 3- 5 years’ experience • Previous experience of electrical heat tracing systems would be beneficial • Conversant in both English and Russian languages • Comfortable in dealing with client representatives at all levels • ready to trips Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Train sub-contractors employee to carry out installations in accordance with company instructions. • Demonstrate the installation of supplied cables and components. • Install, Inspect and test heat tracing circuits to ensure that installation meets with Company standards and the customer specifications. • Measure installed quantities of cables and components. • Respond to sub-contractor queries on drawing and schedules to ensure that solutions are found with the minimum delay. • Provide interface for sub-contractor with piping, painting and insulation representatives. • Provide feed back on actual progress of project work to the Project Engineer/Manager. • Work safely at all times and monitor the safety performance of the sub contractor to establish compliance with site and national safety rules. • Provide emergency on site first aid cover as required on sites where first aid cover is not provided by the client. • Supervise the activities of sub-contractors and their personnel whilst performing work on behalf of Company. • Carry out site specific risk assessments and report safety incidents. | |
